Safeguarding & Practitioner Standards

Condition of use

All Crystal Heart® practitioners must adhere to these standards:

• ✦Prohibited from using a person's distress, vulnerability, or fear to pressure them into purchasing additional services.
• ✦Must not predict death, illness, infidelity, or outcomes involving children.
• ✦Must not diagnose medical or psychological conditions.
• ✦Must not use fear-based messaging, curses, dark forces, or supernatural threat narratives.
• ✦Must not guarantee specific outcomes from readings or sessions.
• ✦Psychic and mediumship readings are for entertainment and spiritual guidance purposes only.
• ✦Therapists, coaches, and counsellors must not claim to diagnose or treat mental health conditions without recognised clinical qualifications.
• ✦All practitioners must hold recognised professional qualifications relevant to their service (e.g., Reiki certification, counselling credentials, tarot certification, CBT, NLP, professional body membership).
• ✦Caroline personally vets and approves every practitioner before they join the platform.

• ✦Users can report a practitioner or raise a safeguarding concern through the platform.
• ✦All complaints are reviewed by Caroline directly.
• ✦Practitioners found in breach of these standards may have their access suspended or revoked.
